VettaFi to Host Midyear Market Outlook Symposium

VettaFi will hold a Midyear Market Outlook Symposium online Thursday, June 25 at 11 a.m. ET to review first-half 2026 trends and present sessions on equities, bonds and other assets.

VettaFi will host its Midyear Market Outlook Symposium online on Thursday, June 25 at 11 a.m. ET. The half-day event will review market developments from the first half of 2026 and present sessions on Japan, U.S. equities, fixed income and other asset classes for investors and financial advisors. The program offers continuing education credits.

The event will bring together asset managers and industry practitioners to assess performance and outlook. Todd Rosenbluth, head of research at VettaFi, described the early-year pattern: international equities outpaced U.S. strategies, and fixed income provided stability during periods of volatility.

The opening session on Japan will be led by Jeremy Schwartz, global chief investment officer at WisdomTree. Titled “Unlocking Growth: High-Conviction Opportunities in Japan,” the presentation will examine thematic and concentrated opportunities as Japan’s market undergoes structural shifts.

A session on U.S. equities, “Innovative U.S. Equity Strategies,” will feature Paul Schroeder, director of factor and QQQ equity product strategy at Invesco, and Benjamin Treacy, an institutional portfolio manager at Fidelity. The session will highlight areas of differentiated potential within the domestic market and discuss the role of active and factor-based approaches in client portfolios.

Fixed income will be covered in “Bonds, Active Bonds: The Income Playbook,” led by Daniel Hyman, managing director and lead portfolio manager at PIMCO. The discussion will outline ways to manage interest-rate risk, capture yield and seek income in a higher-for-longer rate environment, with examples for advisors constructing income-oriented portfolios.

Other sessions will address global infrastructure, autocallable structures, municipal bonds, artificial intelligence and the energy sector. The symposium will feature panels and presentations from asset management firms and members of the advisor community. Background materials and session recordings are expected to be available to registrants after the event.

Rosenbluth commented, “I’m excited to hear from asset management experts and the advisor community to understand the outlook for the remainder of the year and what has shifted.” Interested participants can register through VettaFi’s Market Outlooks Content Hub for session details and continuing education information.
