Vanguard launches three FTSE UCITS ETFs in Europe

Vanguard launched three FTSE-tracking UCITS ETFs-Global All‑Cap, Global Small‑Cap and All‑World ex‑US-listed across five European exchanges.

Vanguard has launched three new UCITS exchange-traded funds: Vanguard FTSE Global All‑Cap UCITS ETF, Vanguard FTSE Global Small‑Cap UCITS ETF and Vanguard FTSE All‑World ex‑US UCITS ETF. The funds are listed on the London Stock Exchange, Deutsche Börse, Euronext Amsterdam, Borsa Italiana and SIX Swiss Exchange as part of an expansion of Vanguard’s UCITS ETF range in 2026.

The FTSE Global All‑Cap UCITS ETF tracks large-, mid- and small‑cap stocks across developed and emerging markets to provide single-fund exposure to the full investable equity market. The FTSE Global Small‑Cap UCITS ETF offers targeted exposure to global small‑cap companies. The FTSE All‑World ex‑US UCITS ETF covers developed and emerging markets outside the United States and can be used by investors who hold or wish to manage their US allocation separately.

The new ETFs sit alongside Vanguard’s existing FTSE All‑World UCITS ETF, which focuses on large‑ and mid‑cap companies across developed and emerging markets. The launches follow the firm’s July 2026 introduction of US‑focused Russell ETFs, earlier European equity ETF launches this year, and a recent fee reduction for the Vanguard FTSE All‑World UCITS ETF.

All three products are structured under the UCITS framework, which allows cross‑border distribution in Europe. Vanguard described the funds as low‑cost, passive index ETFs intended to give investors flexibility to adjust regional and market‑cap exposures.

Jon Cleborne, head of Vanguard Europe, commented: “Investors want global equity portfolios that are simple to build, low-cost and flexible enough to meet different allocation needs. These new ETFs give investors more choice in how they access global markets, whether through broad all-cap exposure, dedicated global small-cap exposure, or broad exposure to developed and emerging markets outside the U.S.”

The ETFs are available for trading on the named European exchanges to provide access for retail and institutional investors across the region.
