U.S. issuers launched ETFs June 25–July 2, 2026, including S&P 500 quarterly buffer funds, memory- and photonics-focused thematic ETFs, plus municipal and small-cap products.
U.S. issuers listed a slate of exchange-traded funds on U.S. exchanges during the week of June 25–July 2, 2026. The new funds include structured outcome buffer ETFs, thematic products focused on memory chips and photonics, municipal bond and small-cap equity ETFs, and a futures-based electricity offering.
PGIM introduced four S&P 500 Quarterly Buffer ETFs with 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% buffer levels that cover single-quarter outcome periods. Allianz Global Investors launched an International Equity Buffer15 Uncapped Jul ETF. The buffer funds use options strategies to set a predefined downside cushion and to limit upside participation for the stated outcome period.
Kurv listed the Kurv Memory Select ETF and Tema listed the Tema Memory ETF (ticker RISK) to target companies involved in semiconductor memory production and related supply chains. Tema also listed the Tema Photonics & Optical ETF (ticker LAZR) to focus on firms that produce photonics and optical components.
First Eagle placed two funds on the exchange: First Eagle Small Cap Equity ETF (NYSE Arca: FESC) for small-cap equity exposure and First Eagle Core Municipal ETF (NYSE Arca: FECM) for municipal bonds. Defiance listed the KSM TipRanks Analyst ETF (NYSE Arca: RANK). Pabrai launched the Pabrai Wagons ETF (WAGN). Praxis brought the Praxis Impact International ETF to market.
Skylar listed the Skylar Electricity Futures ETF (NYSE Arca: MWHS) to provide exposure to electricity futures markets. Futures-based ETFs hold futures contracts to track commodity price movements rather than buying physical commodities.
Issuers noted the products are intended to provide defined short-term outcome windows, targeted exposure to specific technology supply chains, municipal income exposure and small-cap equity access. The funds were placed on U.S. exchanges during the June 25–July 2, 2026 listing window.
