Sept. 24–Oct. 1, 2026: U.S. exchanges listed 14 new ETFs, led by T. Rowe Price’s Dynamic Emerging Markets Bond ETF (TDEM) and Bitwise NEAR ETF (NRR).
Between Sept. 24 and Oct. 1, 2026, U.S. exchanges listed 14 new exchange-traded funds. The largest launches included T. Rowe Price’s Dynamic Emerging Markets Bond ETF (TDEM) and Bitwise NEAR ETF (NRR), which began trading on NYSE Arca.
Other funds that started trading during the week included CG Flagship Equity ETF (CGFS) on Cboe BZX, Logan Capital International ETF (LCIV) on NYSE, Jensen U.S. Quality Index ETF (JQTY) on NYSE Arca, iMGP DBi Absolute Return ETF (DBAR) on NYSE Arca, iShares Enhanced Emerging Markets Equity Active ETF (ENHE), Symmetry Panoramic International Country Momentum ETF (ICMO), YieldMax MU Option Income Strategy ETF (MUY), Longnook Uncommon Compounders ETF (LUNC), Putnam Focused U.S. Research ETF (PFRX), and three Portfolio Building Block funds: World Ex US Industrials (PBWN), World Consumer Staples (PBCS) and US Banks (PBUB).
The new listings span fixed income, emerging-markets equity, international equity, U.S. factor strategies, sector exposures and alternative approaches. TDEM targets bond exposure in developing markets, while ENHE is an active emerging-markets equity offering. Bitwise’s NRR provides exposure tied to the NEAR blockchain ecosystem. Other products include a U.S. quality index fund, an absolute-return fund and an option-based income strategy.
Product structures vary across the slate. Some funds are actively managed, several track rules-based or quality indexes, and others pursue absolute-return or option-income strategies. Issuers range from large asset managers to smaller firms, and listings appeared on NYSE, NYSE Arca and Cboe BZX.
Regulatory filings for the new listings did not include issuer commentary. Over the week covered, the 14 additions expanded the U.S. ETF market’s choices across fixed income, equity, sector, factor, alternative and crypto-linked products.
