U.S. Bank launched Payment Switch, a service that helps customers move recurring bill payments to a new account without contacting each biller separately.

U.S. Bank has launched Payment Switch, a service that helps customers update payment details for recurring charges when they change accounts.

The tool identifies recurring bill payments linked to an account and lets customers transfer them to another account. These payments can include utility bills, subscriptions, insurance premiums and other household charges.

Payment Switch is part of U.S. Bank’s digital banking offering. Customers remain responsible for reviewing the payments and confirming that billers have updated their account information.
