Thailand’s SET launches ‘wiset’ app for portfolio consolidation

Stock Exchange of Thailand launched ‘wiset,’ a mobile app that consolidates holdings across equities, bonds and tax-saving funds and links to TSD e-Service for shareholder records and dividend functions.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand has launched ‘wiset,’ a mobile application that combines portfolio data and shareholder services. The app is available on the App Store and Google Play.

The platform offers Thailand’s first one-stop portfolio consolidation, automatically aggregating holdings across listed equities, fixed-income securities and tax-saving funds into a single dashboard. It links to TSD e-Service so shareholders can view holdings, request dividend tax credit certificates and receive dividend notifications.

Users can access real-time market news, statistics and alerts. The app also delivers livestreams, corporate earnings calls, videos, articles and SET e-Learning courses, with content recommendations based on user interests.

According to SET President Asadej Kongsiri: ‘While investors today have access to a wealth of information, much of it remains fragmented, making it difficult to capture a truly holistic view of their wealth. ‘wiset’ was developed as a unified solution to bridge this gap, bringing together multi-asset portfolio data, shareholder services, and SET’s insights. This empowers investors to make sharper, more timely decisions.’

SET introduced the app under the concept ‘Making Your Investing Extraordinary’ and stated it aligns with the exchange’s vision of being ‘The Trusted Gateway to Inclusive Opportunities.’ The exchange is targeting retail investors who hold multiple asset types and want a single access point for portfolio oversight and shareholder administrative tasks.
