Segpay picks Boca Raton for 13,200-sq-ft global HQ

Segpay announced it has chosen Boca Raton for its new global headquarters, moving into a 13,200-square-foot office at Florida Atlantic University’s Research Park. The space replaces the company’s Deerfield Beach location and is about 20% larger.

The company said the larger headquarters reflects growth in staff, product offerings and international business since Segpay was founded more than 20 years ago in South Florida. Segpay provides payment processing services to merchants worldwide.

Cathy Beardsley, Segpay’s chief executive, noted the company wanted to remain in South Florida. “South Florida is where Segpay started, and it was important to us to stay here,” she said. Beardsley also said the firm required a space that matches its current size and planned development.

The Research Park location places the headquarters within Boca Raton’s business and technology community and gives Segpay room for additional hiring and product work. Segpay will continue to operate offices in Dublin and London while the Boca Raton site serves as its central hub.

Segpay announced plans to expand its global footprint further in 2026, with additional details to follow in the coming weeks. Beardsley added that the company has had a busy year and expects more activity next year.
