DRNZ tracks the VettaFi Drone Index (DRONES) and focuses on companies that derive a substantial share of revenue from drone-related products and services rather than broader aerospace and defense firms. The fund holds a relatively concentrated portfolio of businesses across the unmanned aerial vehicle ecosystem.

NextVision supplies stabilized electro-optical cameras for drones and other mobile platforms. Ondas provides autonomous drone solutions and private wireless communications with applications in defense, public safety and infrastructure. DroneShield produces detection and mitigation systems for unauthorized unmanned aerial systems. Red Cat builds military-grade drone platforms and related technologies.

The fund’s expense ratio is 0.65%. VettaFi provides the DRONES index and receives an index licensing fee; VettaFi is not the issuer, sponsor or manager of DRNZ.

The accompanying data linked the inflows to rising defense budgets and to government policies aimed at strengthening domestic drone manufacturing and reducing reliance on foreign suppliers.
