Nasdaq acquires Dasseti to add AI due-diligence tools
Nasdaq completed its acquisition of Dasseti and will integrate the AI due-diligence and monitoring platform into Nasdaq eVestment to expand manager research and oversight.
Nasdaq has completed its acquisition of Dasseti and will integrate the company’s AI-powered due diligence and monitoring platform into Nasdaq eVestment. The deal was first announced on July 23, 2026. Nasdaq Ventures made an early-stage investment in Dasseti in 2022. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Dasseti uses machine learning to process due diligence questionnaires, requests for proposals and ongoing monitoring workflows. The platform covers about 17,000 asset managers and general partners representing roughly $34 trillion in assets under management.
Nasdaq eVestment connects roughly 4,800 contributing asset managers with more than 1,200 asset owners and intermediaries. The platform supports data on about $90 trillion in assets across more than 112,000 products in 109 countries. Nasdaq’s private markets coverage available through eVestment and partner sources includes over 16,000 managers and 95,000 funds.
Nasdaq said the Dasseti capabilities will extend eVestment across the full manager research, due diligence and monitoring lifecycle. The company expects the integration to speed response times and improve data quality by bringing questionnaires, RFPs and monitoring into a single platform, enabling users to move from initial screening through selection and ongoing oversight without switching systems.
Oliver Albers, Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer, Capital Access Platforms at Nasdaq, commented: “Much of the due diligence and RFP process still happens outside core research platforms, in a patchwork of spreadsheets, PDFs, and email threads. With Dasseti, we’re bringing AI-powered due diligence and monitoring into Nasdaq eVestment, creating a more connected experience that helps institutional investors move from research to decision-making and ongoing oversight with greater efficiency and confidence.”
Dasseti’s customers include investment consultants, institutional investors and asset managers that use the platform to generate operational insights and automate parts of ongoing monitoring. Nasdaq said combining Dasseti’s dataset and tools with eVestment’s research and distribution network will provide institutional teams with a single environment for manager research and oversight.
Institutional teams are managing a growing number of managers, strategies and asset classes, particularly in private markets where reporting standards vary and data can be fragmented. Nasdaq framed the acquisition as a response to those data and workflow challenges by embedding review and monitoring tools into a widely used research platform.
