Justice Co., Franklin Templeton and Betashares Unveil ETFs

May 7–14, 2026: Justice Company launched JURY, a human-rights-screened high-dividend ETF; Franklin Templeton introduced four S&P 500 sector ETFs; Betashares listed an ASX space ETF.

During the week of May 7–14, 2026, multiple issuers launched new exchange-traded funds across the US, Europe and Australia. The Justice Company, Franklin Templeton and Betashares were among the firms that brought new ETF products to market, while Deutsche Börse added ACATIS as a new ETF issuer on Xetra. The Australian Securities Exchange recorded several active ETF admissions in April.

The Justice Company launched JURY, a high-dividend ETF that applies human-rights screening to its holdings. Franklin Templeton introduced four ETFs aimed at providing targeted exposure to S&P 500 sectors. Betashares listed a thematic space ETF on the ASX intended to give investors exposure to companies involved in space-related activities.

Deutsche Börse confirmed ACATIS as an approved ETF issuer on Xetra, expanding the exchange’s roster of issuers. The ASX admitted a slate of active ETFs during April, with several listings concentrated at the start and end of the month.

On April 1, Avantis listed three active strategies: Avantis Global Equity Active ETF (ASX: AVNG), Avantis Global Small Cap Value Active ETF (ASX: AVSV) and Avantis Emerging Markets Equity Active ETF (ASX: AVTE). Muzinich’s BDC Income Fund – Active ETF (ASX: BDCI) was also admitted on April 1. Spheria’s Australian Smaller Companies Fund – Active ETF (ASX: SPHX) began trading on April 15. Commodity-focused ETFs from ETFS were admitted on April 29: ETFS Global Pure Play Copper Miners ETF (ASX: CPPR) and ETFS Global Lithium Miners ETF (ASX: VOLT). On April 30, BetaShares listed the 2031 Fixed Term Corporate Bond Active ETF (ASX: 31BB), and VanEck added three Core+ diversified active ETFs: VanEck Core+ Diversified Balanced Active ETF (ASX: VBAL), VanEck Core+ Diversified Growth Active ETF (ASX: VGRO) and VanEck Core+ Diversified High Growth Active ETF (ASX: VHGR).

The new listings include thematic, sector and actively managed strategies across equities, fixed income and commodity-linked miner baskets.
