IPC and Luware launch cloud compliance recording

IPC Systems partnered with Luware to offer Luware Recording, a cloud compliance recording platform integrated with IPC’s global connectivity and available to clients worldwide.

IPC Systems has formed a strategic partnership with Luware to offer Luware Recording, a cloud-based compliance recording platform. The platform captures, retains and provides supervisory controls for voice, video and collaboration channels used by trading desks and enterprise teams. The joint solution is available immediately to IPC clients worldwide and is integrated with IPC’s global connectivity.

Luware Recording supports multiple deployment models, including multi-tenant and private-tenant setups. Storage can be managed by the customer or hosted by Luware to meet regulatory retention requirements. The platform provides end-to-end capture across trader voice and enterprise collaboration tools.

The product includes compliance-grade storage and AI features that flag conduct risks and create persona-based summaries to help supervisors review communications. Firms can choose where recordings are stored and how they are managed according to internal policies and regulatory obligations.

Regulators cited by the companies include the European Union under MiFID II, the United States under Dodd-Frank, and the UK Financial Conduct Authority; these frameworks set expectations for capture, retention and supervisory access.

Vimal Vel, IPC’s chief product officer, commented: “At IPC, our strategy is built around Compliance, Connectivity, and Community. The partnership strengthens our ability to deliver scalable, regulation-ready recording across modern communications environments.” Alex Grafetsberger, chief business officer at Luware Recording, added: “Combining IPC’s global connectivity with our cloud-based capture and analytics gives clients a single compliance layer across trader voice and collaboration platforms.”
