iM Global Partner lists European high-yield UCITS ETF
iM Global Partner and Polen Capital listed PEHY:FP on Euronext Paris on June 15, 2026. It is iMGP’s first active fixed-income UCITS ETF in Europe and is Article 8 under SFDR.
iM Global Partner and investment manager Polen Capital listed the iMGP European High Yield Fund R EUR UCITS ETF (ticker PEHY:FP) on Euronext Paris on June 15, 2026. The ETF is classified as an Article 8 product under the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation and is iMGP’s first active fixed-income UCITS ETF in Europe.
The ETF is an actively managed vehicle designed to provide daily-liquid access to the higher-quality segment of the leveraged credit market. Polen Capital serves as the investment partner responsible for portfolio management and credit selection. The fund trades on Euronext Paris, allowing investors to buy and sell exposure to European high-yield strategies through a UCITS ETF wrapper.
iM Global Partner said the fund responds to increased scrutiny of private credit markets, where compressed illiquidity premiums, mark-to-model valuations and redemption restrictions have prompted some institutional allocators to seek more liquid alternatives. The ETF structure offers daily liquidity together with active selection of high-yield credit holdings.
The listing is the fourth product launched on iMGP’s active UCITS ETF platform, which the firm expanded across alternatives, equities and fixed income over the past fifteen months. iMGP added the platform extends the firm’s UCITS ETF offerings across multiple asset strategies.
The Article 8 classification indicates the fund promotes environmental or social characteristics under SFDR while remaining an actively managed high-yield credit vehicle. The launch follows growth in European ETF markets and investor demand for liquid, regulated credit exposures.
