Gold-i links with Deutsche Börse for crypto connectivity

Gold-i will connect Deutsche Börse’s institutional crypto custody, settlement and market data services to its trading connectivity platform for regulated broker access.

Gold-i has partnered with Deutsche Börse’s Crypto Finance Integration group to connect the exchange group’s institutional crypto custody, settlement and market access services to Gold-i’s trading connectivity platform.

Under the agreement, Deutsche Börse’s custody, settlement and market data services will be available through Gold-i’s connectivity layer so Gold-i clients can route orders and receive market data from Deutsche Börse’s crypto infrastructure. Gold-i provides trading technology and connectivity for brokers and asset managers. The Crypto Finance Integration team develops capabilities to bring digital assets into regulated markets within Deutsche Börse Group.

Technical integration will use application programming interfaces and existing connectivity protocols to link client trading systems with Deutsche Börse services via Gold-i’s platform. The companies did not disclose which specific products will be offered to end clients or a detailed technical rollout plan. The companies expect commercial launch and wider availability to follow testing and any required regulatory clearances.

Regulatory oversight will remain with the frameworks tied to Deutsche Börse’s operations. Gold-i will manage front-end connectivity and client support for onboarding. The partnership provides brokers a single point of integration to access regulated custody, settlement and market data services without building direct links to multiple crypto providers.

Deutsche Börse has been expanding initiatives to integrate digital assets into traditional market infrastructure. Gold-i has supplied connectivity and integration services to brokerages seeking to consolidate liquidity and execution paths. The companies did not disclose commercial terms or launch dates.
