Global ETF launches; Texas Equity ETF moves to TXSE

Multiple ETFs listed globally between 10 and 17 September 2026. The Texas Stock Exchange marked the transfer of Texas Capital’s Texas Equity Index ETF (TXSE: TXS).

Multiple exchange-traded funds were launched across global markets during 10-17 September 2026. The Texas Stock Exchange held a ceremony during the week to register the transfer of Texas Capital’s Texas Equity Index ETF (TXSE: TXS) onto its platform.

New listings announced during the period included index-based equity funds and sector-focused ETFs aimed at retail and institutional investors. Issuers filed prospectuses and regulatory documents that described fund objectives, fee schedules and index methodologies.

Calastone reported global ETF assets reached USD 20 trillion in the first quarter of 2026. BlackRock reported global ETP flows of USD 238.2 billion in August 2026, down from USD 365.1 billion in July. ETFBOOK (SquaredData AG) raised USD 13 million in a funding round led by Expedition Growth Capital to develop ETF research and distribution tools.

Transfers such as the TXS transfer occur when issuers change listing venues to seek improved liquidity or wider distribution. Exchanges commonly hold events to mark the administrative and market milestones tied to listing changes.

Market infrastructure firms and data providers have attracted capital to support trading, analytics and distribution services used by new listings. Regulatory filings published during the week provided disclosures on holdings and costs for the newly launched funds.

The events of 10-17 September 2026 added new listings and a platform transfer to the global supply of exchange-traded products and to the supporting infrastructure for ETF trading and research.
