Global ETF launches, Sept. 17–24, 2026

Global ETFs launched between Sept. 17 and 24, 2026, led by the Texas Stock Exchange’s Sept. 17 ceremony for the transfer of Texas Capital’s Texas Equity Index ETF (TXS).

Global exchange-traded funds were listed or transferred between Sept. 17 and 24, 2026. The week included a ceremony on Sept. 17 at the Texas Stock Exchange to mark the transfer of Texas Capital’s Texas Equity Index ETF (TXS) to the exchange.

The Texas Stock Exchange said the Sept. 17 event marked formal registration and listing changes tied to the fund’s move. The ceremony also included recognition of energy-focused products linked to Texas issuers and public remarks from exchange officials about the transfer process.

On Sept. 22, the Lipper European fund flows report for August 2026 showed the global ETF industry recorded strong estimated net inflows for the month, based on the firm’s data and methodology. The report provided month-end figures used by market participants to track investor demand for ETF products.

Bitwise Asset Management released a study titled “Institutional Crypto Adoption” on Sept. 23. The study drew on in-depth interviews with senior investment professionals responsible for institutional allocations and described how those investors are approaching exposure to digital assets.

On Sept. 21 PANTA introduced an advanced AI layer designed to help financial institutions build, test and iterate indices. The company described the product as intended to speed index development and enable scenario testing for index providers and ETF issuers.

The announcements and reports occurred during the same week as new listings and listing changes. Fund transfers, product launches and vendor updates each involved regulatory filings, index licensing arrangements or product-development steps required for ETFs to list or relist on exchanges.

Background: ETFs continue to be offered across equity, fixed income, commodity and digital-asset strategies. Exchanges host events to mark listings, transfers and rebrandings. Fund flow data are used by issuers and advisers to measure investor appetite, asset managers commission research to inform product planning, and index and technology vendors supply tools that support index creation and product operations.
