Eqvista launches mobile app for real-time private valuations

Eqvista launched iOS and Android apps that extend its Real-Time Company Valuation platform to mobile devices. The apps are available now and provide continuously updated valuation metrics for private companies.

Eqvista said the mobile release gives founders, investors and finance teams access to valuation data outside the office and at the moment business decisions are made. The apps work on smartphones and tablets and surface key valuation information in a compact interface.

The mobile experience is powered by Eqvista Real-Time Company Valuation, which uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models combined with expert review to analyze inputs such as financial performance, fundraising events, cap table changes, revenue growth and market conditions. The platform updates a company’s valuation metrics as those inputs change and delivers the results to the app.

The app presents live valuation summaries that update with company activity, market-based comparisons that benchmark private firms against public peers and market signals, valuation readiness monitoring to track data quality, and portfolio tools that let users follow multiple companies from a single view.
