Broadridge names Ignacio Escobedo Premier Account Leader

Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Ignacio Escobedo as Premier Account Leader for Southern Europe. The company announced the hire as part of its effort to expand coverage of major accounts across Europe and Asia.

In the new role, Escobedo will focus on strengthening enterprise-wide client relationships and accelerating business across several of Broadridge’s strategic accounts in Southern Europe. He will work with regional teams and senior client executives to coordinate service delivery and identify growth opportunities across the firm’s products and services.

Mark Gidley, Head of EMEA & APAC Account and Commercial Management at Broadridge, commented that Escobedo brings deep international experience and a strong ability to build trusted executive relationships across markets.

Escobedo joins from the London Stock Exchange Group, where he spent much of his career leading global strategic accounts and working on data strategy and business development. He has more than 27 years of experience building senior client relationships across multiple markets, business lines and client divisions.

“I look forward to working with clients and colleagues to strengthen strategic partnerships and help advance their business priorities across Southern Europe and beyond,” Escobedo added.

Broadridge indicated the appointment will support efforts to align enterprise strategy with client needs in Southern Europe, a market that includes major financial centers and international institutions. The company trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BR.
