Archax wins US broker-dealer approval, expands regulated reach

Archax Markets, the US arm of Archax Group, received FINRA approval and SEC registration as a broker-dealer, completing Archax’s regulated presence in the UK, EU and US.

Archax Markets, the US subsidiary of Archax Group Ltd, received approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and completed registration as a broker-dealer with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The approvals complete the firm’s directly regulated presence in the United Kingdom (FCA), the European Union (CNMV) and the United States (SEC/FINRA).

The FINRA approval permits Archax Markets to offer private placements of traditional and digital securities, including tokenized real-world assets, to US institutional and accredited investors. The registration also allows the firm to work under SEC Rule 15a-6 to assist non-US broker-dealers with private placement offerings for Major US Institutional Investors (MUSSI) and US Institutional Investors.

Archax Markets has established a correspondent clearing arrangement with tZERO Securities, LLC and tZERO Digital Asset Securities, LLC (TDAS). Under that arrangement Archax will act as an introducing broker, giving clients access to custody, escrow services and secondary trading on the tZERO Securities alternative trading system.

In recent months Archax acquired a broker in Spain to secure EU access and set up an entity in Dubai to serve as a UAE base. The firm plans to invite experienced independent registered representatives to affiliate with Archax Markets so they can offer digital asset securities to their client networks.

Graham Rodford, Archax chief executive and co-founder, noted the company intends to support institutional market participants as they move from traditional to digital assets and to provide regulated tools and services for tokenized assets. He said Archax now holds directly regulated status across the UK, EU and US.

Archax expects to commence US operations in the third quarter of 2026.
