&Partners hires $1B Principality team in Arlington Heights
&Partners has hired Principality Private Wealth from Wells Fargo. The Arlington Heights team led by Andrew Buchta, Charles Collins and Nicholas Bova manages about $1 billion in client assets.
&Partners has hired Principality Private Wealth from Wells Fargo, the firms announced May 8, 2026. The Arlington Heights, Illinois, team will join &Partners as a group of advisors supported by six staff members and will continue to operate from the Arlington Heights office.
Principality Private Wealth is led by partners Andrew Buchta, Charles Collins and Nicholas Bova. The team brings roughly $1 billion in client assets to &Partners.
Andrew Buchta has been with Wells Fargo since 1998. Nicholas Bova joined Wells Fargo in 2015. Charles Collins began his career at Pruco Securities in 1994 and joined Wells Fargo in 2016 before forming Principality Private Wealth.
&Partners is based in Nashville and was founded in 2023 by advisors who departed Wells Fargo. Since its founding the firm has recruited teams from larger wirehouses. The company lists 115 teams that had managed about $56 billion at their prior firms before joining &Partners.
The Principality partners will provide wealth management and advisory services under the &Partners name while keeping the Arlington Heights location as their client-facing office. No public statements from the advisors or either firm accompanied the announcement.
Industry records show continued movement of advisory teams between wirehouses and independent or boutique firms.
