Andova AI launches ANDO ETP targeting AI supply chain

Andova AI launched ANDO, an actively managed ETP across the UK and Europe that uses AI-driven stock selection, analyst review and portfolio risk controls.

Andova AI launched an exchange-traded product, ticker ANDO, across the UK and Europe after listing on the London Stock Exchange in April 2026. The ETP is described by the firm as an actively managed vehicle that invests in public companies across the AI supply chain using automated screening, analyst validation and portfolio risk controls.

The investment process begins with a global universe of more than 8,000 listed companies. A proprietary AI model screens that universe using financial, market, competitive and valuation signals and assigns an “AI Impact Score” to measure how relevant AI is to each company’s business. Analysts then review the model’s output and portfolio risk controls are applied to narrow the list into a concentrated portfolio selected for growth potential, quality and valuation.

Holdings include companies involved in AI infrastructure, semiconductor equipment, quantum computing and firms applying AI inside major industries. The firm says allocation across those layers can change as demand patterns shift.

In May 2026 ANDO returned 17.41 percent, with gains attributed to positions in memory and cloud-compute infrastructure.

The launch comes as investment in AI-related capacity rises. Morgan Stanley projects hyperscaler capital expenditure could reach $300 billion in 2025 and estimates roughly $1 trillion may be spent over the coming years on data centres, semiconductors, grid upgrades and other AI infrastructure. Andova AI says many existing technology and semiconductor benchmarks were constructed before the current generative AI cycle changed market demand, creating a gap for strategies that can reweight exposure across the supply chain.

Raul Moreno, co-founder of Andova AI, noted that investor focus on a single company no longer captures the full set of firms involved in the AI buildout and pointed to hyperscalers, memory, networking, power and companies applying AI across industries as parts of the chain now in focus. Juan David Nunez, co-founder, added that static indexes follow market shifts only through fixed rules and that ANDO’s mandate is to cover the broader supply chain so allocations can move as the opportunity set evolves.

Andova presents ANDO as an actively managed product intended to concentrate exposure where its model and analysts identify potential for AI-driven growth while using risk controls to shape portfolio construction and limit drawdowns.
