AllianzGI lists three active ETFs on Deutsche Börse

Allianz Global Investors has listed three actively managed Allianz Smart Active equity ETFs on Deutsche Börse, covering US, Europe and global equity markets.

Allianz Global Investors has listed three actively managed Allianz Smart Active equity ETFs on Deutsche Börse. The funds are now tradable on the German exchange and are the firm’s first Active ETFs in Europe.

The ETFs use an active, quantitative approach that applies a systematic, rule-based process to analyse and select individual securities. Fund managers rely on proprietary investment signals rather than discretionary stock picking to rank and choose holdings.

The strategy draws on data analysis and automated techniques, including machine learning, natural language processing and other artificial intelligence tools. Signals are derived from factors such as market positioning, price dynamics, analyst assessments and factor premiums.

The three listings are Allianz Smart Europe Equity Active UCITS ETF – EUR Acc (ISIN IE000519M2U5AZCQ) with an ongoing charge of 0.25%; Allianz Smart US Equity Active UCITS ETF – USD Acc (ISIN IE000LST78X7AZFQ) with an ongoing charge of 0.20%; and Allianz Smart Global Equity Active UCITS ETF – USD Acc (ISIN IE000NZURBQ4AZBQ) with an ongoing charge of 0.25%. All three have an accumulating distribution policy, meaning income is retained in the fund.

Each ETF targets a different regional market: the Europe fund focuses on European-listed equities, the US fund on American-listed securities and the Global fund on a broad mix of international equities. All three are UCITS-compliant active equity ETFs and are now tradable on Deutsche Börse.
