Aapryl partners with Nasdaq eVestment to share investment data
Aapryl will provide fund- and manager-level datasets to Nasdaq eVestment, making the data available to eVestment subscribers through its platform.
Aapryl has reached a data partnership with Nasdaq eVestment that will make Aapryl’s investment datasets available to eVestment subscribers through the eVestment platform, the companies announced.
Under the agreement, Aapryl will supply fund- and manager-level datasets for integration into Nasdaq eVestment’s research and data tools. Asset managers, consultants and allocators who use eVestment will be able to view Aapryl’s records alongside eVestment’s existing content.
The announcement indicated the data will be delivered in formats compatible with the eVestment platform so subscribers can search, filter and incorporate the information into their workflows. The companies did not disclose technical implementation details, financial terms or the length of the contract.
The firms described the arrangement as a distribution relationship focused on data integration rather than a merger or acquisition.
Nasdaq eVestment operates as part of Nasdaq’s data and market services and provides data and analytics for manager research and performance benchmarking. Aapryl collects and organizes fund and manager information for professional investors.
Terms of service, end-user pricing and the precise scope of datasets to be included were not made public. The announcement noted that both companies will provide additional implementation details to clients as the integration progresses.
